Tech team
Our tech team is composed of a mix of talented software developers, data scientists, testers, project managers. We use a large variety of technologies and tools (going from React, Rust to PostgreSQL and python, not forgetting Jira!).
What unites us is the shared passion for improving our medical device and the wealth of the daily interactions we have in the office with our founders, including two physicians using our product everyday.

Projects and tech challenges
Volta VX1
We developed a solution specifically designed for the assessment of complex Atrial Fibrillation & Atrial Tachycardia during ablation procedures. Our product embeds AI and time series analysis algorithms into a software solution used by electrophysiologists during cardiac ablation procedures. It runs in the operating room on a simple computer connected to the other equipment.
We regularly improve this product by introducing new AI modules and new features based on market needs and user feedback, to remain one of the AI pioneers in the EP field. Indeed, we work closely with physicians and clinical experts to guide our development strategies and create products tailored to their needs. We constantly stay on top of the latest technologies for Machine Learning and Software Development. All the developments are done in close collaboration with the regulatory and quality departments. Complying with the strongly regulated medical environment is both very challenging and very rewarding!
Data and AI Tools
We also launched a very ambitious project on data collection and annotation to prepare the development of new AI modules. We built an Electrophysiology Data Lake which we constantly improve using modern Cloud technologies, on top of which we develop specific tools for efficient data curation and data annotations. All our team is fully committed to collect and process personal data in compliance with the applicable data protections regulations.
The goal is to build an efficient AI data pipeline going from data ingestion (from the equipment in the operating room) up to model creation and industrialization. For this project we work with clinical sites in the United States and in Europe, Data Scientists, Cloud Computing experts, cybersecurity and data protection specialists.
