The Business Development team follows Vulog's clients through their exciting lifecycle with our organization; from small budding prospects all the way up to dynamic global mobility operators. Business Developers are responsible for understanding and enhancing Vulog's presence in their respective territories, and networking within those regions to build a pipeline of potential prospects. Once identified, the Business Development team is responsible for guiding these new prospects through the onboarding, launch, and growth phases of their exciting new mobility service, connecting them to the relevant Vulog teams along the way. Whether it's developing go-to-market strategies with the Marketing team, negotiating contract terms with the Finance team, or working alongside the Product team to enhance a client's platform, Business Developers can count on engaging with all corners of the Vulog organization on a daily basis.

The Marketing team plays a pivotal role in promoting Vulog's mission of making the planet a greener place, one electric vehicle at a time. The team coordinates, produces, and manages all material representing the company. They create, develop, and implement strategies to promote positive brand awareness and effectively connect this to Vulog's sales strategy. The team consists of growth-focused employees who work across SEO, content, email, PR/partnerships, and developing strong client relationships. Whether publishing client success stories, reports, mobility infographics, communicating internal and external presentations, producing engaging video content, blog articles, tracking engagement KPIs or sharing the latest on the world of shared mobility, the Marketing team is on it.
The Customer Success Management team focuses on the satisfaction of Vulog's customers by efficiently coordinating internal teams to deliver optimal support for achieving their business objectives. This begins with deploying and customizing Vulog's solution, followed by launching the service and providing ongoing assistance throughout the partnership. Through its expertise and guidance, the customer success team ensures that partners leverage the full potential of Vulog's solution tailored to their specific business case.
