The Customer Care team is responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction, making sure they get the most out of their exoskeleton experience. The team positioned itself as an expert in the use of Atalante, providing rehabilitation exercises adapted to the latest advances in the field. Therapists use the Atalante exoskeleton to carry out sessions with patients suffering from various pathologies. They’re also in charge of training and monitoring new therapists in customer centers, both to support them in their patient care and to help them set up an optimal organization.
Matthieu, CEO
The Agility team is a software team that works in conjunction with the Dynamic Walking team on exoskeleton movements: going up and down steps, standing up and sitting down, half-turns, etc. It also designs the ActiveGait rehabilitation mode available on Atalante, which is a different way of controlling the exoskeleton from passive walking. They design the ActiveGait rehabilitation mode available on Atalante, which is a different way of controlling the exoskeleton from passive walking. The team is also working on other useful functionalities for movement, such as perception of the environment or observation and compensation of certain physical phenomena and their effect on the exoskeleton.
Marine, Head of Agility
The Mechanical R&D team is responsible for the design and manufacture of all visible parts of the exoskeleton. It designs the robot segments (hip, femurs, tibias, feet) as well as the 12 actuators required for movement with the user (standing up, walking, etc.). Each metal, plastic or composite part is designed on a computer, manufactured and then mounted on a robot or test bench. The Mechanical team ensures the robustness of the robot's parts, and constantly strives to improve the exoskeleton's performance, assembly and maintenance.
Maxime, Head of Mechanical Engineering
The Sales team is divided into two main teams: the US team and the Europe team. They sell directly (without going through an intermediary) in the USA and Europe, and also work in Italy through a distributor. The Sales team's objective is to seek out centers that might correspond to our target, understand their needs and support them in their search for financing so that they buy our exoskeleton. This involves several stages of meetings, from the needs discovery call to on-site demos and negotiation meetings.
Sarah, Account Representative
The activities of the clinical team revolve around two poles: the walk-in center and clinical studies. Clinical study management involves setting up (protocol writing, submissions to authorities and ethics committees), monitoring and analyzing the results of studies carried out by Wandercraft, as well as monitoring clinical studies set up by partner centers. These studies aim to demonstrate the safety and performance of the device or its clinical benefits. The clinical team works closely with the RAQA team on drafting the regulatory documents required by the authorities to grant marketing approval (initial or renewal marking).
