The position

Job description

Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a technical company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.

Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients’ capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on “software-as-a-service” solutions.

You will join our exciting Marketing team, who is responsible for developing our brand awareness to drive the sales of our products as well as other initiatives such as internal comms.

This internship however is at a crossroads between Marketing and Human Resources, both teams working closely together in all Internal Comms and Employer Branding-related activities. You will therefore interact with the Marketing team, where you will report into, but also with the HR team who will provide guidance and support.

As our specialist in Internal Comms & Employer Branding, you will:

  • Lead our internal events (Wiretalk, Wiremind All, Product Features), ensuring these events are well coordinated and run smoothly each time;

  • Use our CRM Pipedrive to prepare internal communications on our products destined for our employees;

  • Coordinate efforts to design and publish an Internal Comms Newsletter with a focus on HR and Employer Branding;

  • Support our onboarding process by providing cohesive branding (photos, welcome messages etc);

  • Support our Office and Happiness Manager on various initiatives (office decoration, afterworks) as needed;

  • Lead our employee branding content-related initiatives on our internal and external Social Media channels.


Preferred experience

  • Currently preparing a Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business

  • A first experience on Communications-related activities

  • A good understanding of social media and content management

  • Fluent in French and in English

  • Strong writing skills

  • Great interpersonal & communications skills

  • Ability to multitask and run several projects in paralel

  • Self-starter with a good level of autonomy and initiative

  • Rigorous with a strong attention to details

  • Creativity and ability to offer new approaches to various initiatives

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva is a plus
