Pour ce faire, nous encourageons les méthodes d'apprentissage les plus efficaces : formation par l'action, on-the-job training, conférences tech, mentorat, apprentissage informel, tout est fait pour permettre à chacun d'apprendre de façon continue et de gagner en expertise. Bien que notre politique de formation soit tournée vers l'apprentissage direct, nous ne négligeons pas pour autant la formation formelle et chaque collaborateur peut bénéficier de formations adaptées à ses besoins.
