Challenges:
As a Office Manager, your main responsibilities are:
- Office administration: management of day-to-day operations (supplies, equipment, and facilities,…)
- Coordination of providers (construction works, maintenance, insurance, technical services,...)
- Management of our hardware and software equipment (orders, account creation and deletion, tracking, inventory, after-sales service, etc.)
- Internal events planning (organize and execute corporate events, meetings, team buildings, get-together events…)
- Office financial management: expenses tracking, reconciliation of invoices, budget planning
- HR support: internal communication, on/off boarding (welcome pack, IT, planning,...)
- Suggest improvements to internal processes
