The position

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Revenue Operations to join our team.

In this role you will build and optimize our funnel processes regarding acquisition and retention part. You will be instrumental in creating transparency and alignment across sales, marketing, customer success and finance ensuring everyone knows where to find the information they need to succeed.

As a Senior Revenue Operations , your contribution will add a unique touch to our global mix. Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, strategy teams, your skills will be the spice that enhances our offerings.

Day-to-day 💻

  • Develop and implement funnel processes, definitions, and metrics that provide clarity and efficiency across the revenue team, ensuring consistent and transparent use of Salesforce and other tools.

  • Ensure the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what's working and what isn't.

  • Manage and optimise our sales, marketing, and customer success processes within Salesforce, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams.

  • Standardise and maintain clear processes, definitions, and guidelines, so that everyone across the organisation has full visibility on workflows and knows exactly where to find information, supporting operational alignment.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving transparency and visibility around key metrics and processes, ensuring that teams can easily access and understand the data they need to improve performance.

  • Continuously optimize and enhance processes to drive scalability and operational excellence, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to the revenue team, and fostering a culture of clarity, transparency, and best practices through training and documentation.

Requirements:

Job requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales operations, or Customer Success operations within a Saas environment.

  • Proven ability to optimize workflows and implement cross-functional processes.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar.

  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce required)

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English
