Join Addactis, a leader in RiskTech and RegTech solutions for the insurance industry and become a key player in our journey to dominate the European market.

For 30 years, we’ve been at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge regulatory and profitability solutions for insurers globally.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will use your Spanish language proficiency to spearhead business development and drive ambitious growth in all Spanish speaking markets, including LATAM.

Your expertise knowledge of regulatory frameworks will be crucial in identifying and developing opportunities for all solutions including IFRS17, Solvency 2, Reserving, Pricing/Underwriting.

Working alongside our Sales Leader, you’ll identify target clients, develop your sales pipeline and lead prospects from discovery through to close.

Location : You can work from our offices in Madrid, Lyon, Paris or Brussels. Hybrid working environment.

Start Date : Immediate.

Requisitos

Could this be you?

  • You’ve successfully sold B2B SaaS solutions in risk management, insurance, compliance to large accounts and are ready to take the next step.

  • Your strong knowledge of IFRS and navigating highly regulated environments will set you apart.

  • With your inherent sales DNA - You excel at acquiring new customers but can easily switch gears to expand existing relationships.

  • Your approach is solution-oriented; You listen to client needs and craft offerings that position you as a trusted advisor.  

  • Curiosity, openness and readiness to tackle a new challenge define your work ethos.

  • Aptitude to manage virtual teams and diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset and approach.

  • Experience in multi-level selling and account planning.

  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot, you keep your operations seamless and informed.

  • Culturally adept, you navigate the nuances of international markets with empathy and insight.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.

  • Languages: A fluency in Spanish and English or French is essential.
