Teams presentation
Our development teams are focusing on releasing sophisticated modules to cover all the insurance pricing process, from Data Management to build production rating through risk and demand modeling as well as built rate plan and optimisation. Using agile principles, we challenge the current state and develop better implementation and coding practices. Once a feature is built, we are never satisfied with its status and we continually investigate bottlenecks and limitations as they arise to make it more and more efficient.
The Engineering teams are working hand to hand with our Cloud Operations, IT & Security team to build a scalable, resilient and high performance platform delivering best of breed user experiences for our customers. We make sure that all teams and all processes at Akur8 respect the highest security standards, in accordance with top market certifications and best industry processes.
Our Product, Design, and ADS teams synergize and collaborate to lead the change in pricing insurance journey. Our Product team oversees the product development journey, collaborating seamlessly with ADS , designers and the tech team. From ideation to launch, we prioritise features aligning with our product's vision, delivering unparalleled value to our customers. The Design team, with its creative mastery, crafts user-centric experiences that enhance our products' usability and functional appeal. Meanwhile, our ADS team ensures the seamless integration of our advanced AI solutions into real-world insurance contexts. Together, our dynamic teamwork is the driving force behind innovation, fostering an environment where creativity thrives, and collective efforts shape our successful trajectory.
