Within the DCFG (Direction Centrale des Finances du Groupe), you will join the Corporate Finance team as M&A Intern.

What You’ll Do

• Analysis of macroeconomic indicators in target markets
• Sector analysis and strategic monitoring of target or competing companies
• Analysis of key financial indicators of potential acquisition or divestiture targets
• Participation in valuation and financial impact calculations
• Preparation of presentations explaining the conclusions of the analysis and the progress of projects
• Support in capital allocation operations and monitoring of key indicators by entity to ensure proper capital allocation (e.g., solvency ratio, RoE…)

Who You Are

• Currently undertaking a degree in a leading business/engineering school with a focus on finance
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
• Knowledge of Office Suite and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg)
• Understanding of the insurance industry
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask across multiple projects
• Curious and proactive with attention to details
