At Bedrock, we’re looking for a Senior Team Leader (Backend) to manage and supervise the team, in line with the company’s strategic orientations. But also to manage, motivate and develop the team’s skills on a day-to-day basis.

As Team Leader, you will :

• Manage the team and its projects in line with the company’s objectives and strategic orientations (roadmap maintenance, priority management, early warning, close collaboration with Discovery/Delivery, incident management and follow-up).

• Prioritize projects and coordinate them with the team.

• Ensure the technical excellence of the team’s projects (In collaboration with the Tech Lead).

• Be responsible for the deployment of the strategic roadmap (from design to production)

• Monitor objectives and projects, and identify the means to achieve them.

• Work on processes to increase team velocity

• Support, federate and motivate team members

• Raise the profile of the area

• Participate in change management, guiding team members in understanding and embracing the company’s various projects.

• Expertise in the same or similar scope of work

• Expertise in team management

• Project management skills
