We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a Salesforce multi-cloud Center of Excellence for a high-profile international customer. Our ideal candidate is a versatile leader capable of navigating between strategic vision and operational management. This role requires acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, Salesforce, and internal teams while guaranteeing the success of the project (according to the established roadmap) and optimizing results. The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries.
Experience Required: A minimum of 10 years in IT project management, including at least 5 years on Salesforce integration projects or similar solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relations & Satisfaction:
Serve as the customer’s trusted primary contact.
Ensure customer satisfaction and that the project team fully understands customer needs.
Track and adapt the project roadmap based on customer feedback, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Management:
Oversee all project phases, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate diverse project teams, ensuring overall coordination across all stakeholders.
Manage internal project-related actions (sales, staffing, delivery, HR, and recruitment).
Monitor and optimize the financial resources allocated to the project, providing regular budget updates to leadership.
Advisory & Expertise:
Analyze and resolve on-the-ground challenges related to the solution, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Be proactive in proposing solutions, making decisions, and providing recommendations based on your experience in Salesforce integration and project management.
Collaboration with editor: Coordinate with Salesforce to ensure optimal alignment of proposed solutions with the customer’s context.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to manage C-Level stakeholders and lead diverse teams. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, positively influencing strategic decisions.
Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to evolving environments while maintaining a clear, coherent vision.
Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of CRM solutions (preferably Salesforce) and technical understanding to propose practical solutions.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to advise and develop actionable plans based on customer needs and operational challenges.
Budget Management & Roadmap Execution: Proven track record of managing significant budgets and overseeing complex roadmaps.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (C2 level), both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication with multi-country stakeholders.
