Our headquarters are located in Paris. Approximately 110 people are based in the Paris HQ, working in Marketing, Retail Excellence, Sales Business Development, E-commerce, Finance, Operations and People Teams.

Our Creative Studio, with around 40 people, located in Stockholm, crafts the design of our beautiful products and stores. We have brilliant Graphic Designers, Image Producers, Art Directors, Architects, 3D Designers... And many other cool creative jobs to discover!

In France and Sweden, we also have around 50 highly talented employees working in Retail in our flagship stores, boutiques and corners.

All BYREDO teams work closely together to build and grow the brand worldwide!

The Marketing Department is comprised of 6 teams. The Marketing Development team is managing the development of all our products, and defining the 360° marketing campaigns for all beauty categories (Fragrance, Makeup, Home). The Go-To-Market team is in charge of putting our marketing strategy into action through powerful activations, ensuring that BYREDO is correctly represented both online and offline in all our markets. The Communications team is responsible for everything related to PR, Events, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. The Retail Design team is trusted with the ideation and implementation of our unique points of sales globally. As for the ByProduct team, they bring to life our line of all non-beauty products, including leather goods, eyewear, blankets, fashion… Everything you can think of, Byproduct can make it happen! Last but not least, our Creative Studio team is responsible for delivering powerful assets and campaigns for all our categories.

Our Retail Teams look after all our clients across our high-end exclusive network worldwide. The people in our BYREDO corners are our proud brand ambassadors, representing the brand and its DNA. They ensure that our clients are being welcomed and receive tailored and high-quality service and advice. Our Retail Teams accompany our clients on their journey into our amazing BYREDO universe and ensure a unique shopping experience.

The E-Commerce department gathers various fields of expertise: Traffic Acquisition, CRM, Customer Care, E-Merchandising… These teams support our marketing strategies at a global level, and work closely with our marketing teams based in Paris as well as with our local teams in our different markets, in Asia, North America, Europe... In a global way, the whole E-Commerce department supports and monitors our 360 digital plan, supports on forecasts, and helps the brand to grow daily by achieving targets!

The Marketing Development team manages the product portfolio strategy for all beauty categories: Fragrance, Hand & Body, Home, and Makeup. From monitoring product performance and market trends, to developing concepts, assortments, and new products, by briefing technical experts such as Packaging Engineers or Perfumers, the team works closely with BYREDO’s Founder, Ben Gorham, and our Creative Studio based in Stockholm, to help convert their ideas into a reality.

As for the Animations & Collaborations Team, they are responsible for the development and the monitoring of an insightful marketing plan and the building of a strategic vision for the category, as well at the conception of 360 campaigns and the creation and conceptualization of commercial animations.

The People Team at BYREDO is responsible for all people-related matters, ensuring our teams and candidates live the best experience! From scouting the talents to driving engagement, supporting the business and crafting an authentic and powerful culture, truthful to who we are and what we believe... this is what the People Team does everyday!
