Here at CoderPad, you can choose to work at home, at the office, or anywhere else. Our approach is designed to facilitate communication, organization and productivity from a distance.

How about spending a week working remotely at Grandma's, so you can enjoy her famous apple pie at tea time? Not a problem!

Or how about taking off for a month to the other side of the world? It's also possible.

Want to work from home every Tuesday, so you're on time to take the kids to judo? Well, yes, that's possible too.

And if remote working isn't your thing, you can always take advantage of a permanent office space in Montpellier (complete with a photo of your cat on your desk, if that's your thing).

Either way, once a quarter we bring together as many people as possible "in real life". It's a chance to go paintballing, do an escape game, go canoeing, try archery... (the kind of stuff that's a little hard to do on Zoom!).

While we love the freedom and flexibility that remote working offers, we also love having welcoming headquarters.

Our office in Montpellier welcomes local staff, it also allows us to bring all our teams together for special occasions.

We can always find a reason to get together: birthdays, new colleagues, raclette parties, donut discos, Easter egg hunts, pumpkin carving...

The office consists of an open space area, a shared kitchen, a sofa and video games area, two meeting rooms and 4 phone boxes. It's located in a small hub, surrounded by offices and restaurants.

Last but not least, we're only 12 km away from the beach!
