The Finance department seeks an experienced Manager to lead its Performance Management team (4 people). The team is focused on the following topics: sales performance and sales operations analysis, business intelligence and data analytics, sales planning in connection with regional FP&A team. The Performance management team has a specific focus on our operations in France, but the role also implies a high-level analysis and coordination for the whole region (inc. UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Morocco, and West Africa)

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop the Performance Management team.
    • Collaborate with regional Chief Commercial Officer and his teams to follow the sales performance.
    • Oversee CRM tracking of signings, pipeline, and productivity.
    • Improve sales operations analysis, industrialize targeting, and incentives calculation process.
    • Maintain dashboards for regional executives and other stakeholders.
    • Enhance data quality and process synergies with FP&A.
    • Promote data visualization and self-reporting, utilize BI tools like Qlik Sense and PowerBI.
    • Automate tasks using SQL to optimize analysis.
    • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences: regional leadership team, sales, marketing, IT, finance, and other teams.

Requisitos

  • Education:
    • Master’s in corporate finance, business studies, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10 years in Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Performance Management with leadership experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
    • Proficient in BI tools, data visualization, SQL would be a plus.
    • Excellent communication in French and English.
    • Team player with commitment and resilience.
