ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Value Proposition Development:
- Create unique value propositions to differentiate BI services from competitors.
- Develop messaging, collateral, and training materials tailored for different market needs, including brokers, resellers, and partners.
Customer and Market Insights:
- Establish processes for gathering customer feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Use insights to inform New Product Ideas (NPI) and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) activities.
- Continuously monitor competitor strategies and pricing.
New Product Ideas (NPI) Coordination:
- Coordinate the evaluation, conceptualization, and customer validation of NPIs.
- Collaborate with product operations, management, and technology to incorporate new product concepts into the roadmap and gather high-level requirements.
Product Messaging and Positioning:
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for target audiences.
- Create actionable customer personas to guide product development, website development, and marketing activities.
Sales and Account Management Support:
- Develop sales enablement materials and training for sales teams.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to support sales efforts and address prospect objections.
- Support Account Management Teams with training for customers to maximize product activation and consumption.
- Collaborate with Account Management to develop migration strategies to increase Urba360 adoption.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Develop a scalable, repeatable GTM segmentation framework for targeted sales and marketing activities.
- Coordinate GTM activities across pricing, marketing, and communications for new product launches and releases.
Performance Measurement and Improvement:
- Measure the performance of the URBA web platform and recommend improvements.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and develop action plans to improve success rates.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Data Strategy & Management Teams to explore complementary data sources.
- Evaluate new solutions, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), and develop business cases for new product offers.
- Work with Product Operations/Management to explore new insights from data environments and take new POCs/products to the Product Committee for approval.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with various teams including Product Management, Technology, Solutions Engineering, Account Management, and Partnerships to ensure cohesive product development and market execution.
