To support the development of our advertising network, we are looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Organize and develop sales activity on a portfolio of customers (Independent Trading Desk) in line with the quantitative and qualitative targets set by your manager.
- Develop and retain existing customers in order to maximize sales in line with targets.
- Achieve business targets (number of appointments).
- Develop, manage and implement the annual prospecting plan.
- Identify customer needs and pass them on to the marketing teams to help develop the dailymotion Advertising's offer.
- Define appropriate action plans: market the company's advertising solutions to the portfolio according to customer needs and in coordination with the various expert divisions (Operations,Partnerships, Insight, Creative, Marketing and content team).
- Ensure day-to-day customer satisfaction and implement any necessary improvements.
- Anticipate and resolve any customer disputes.
- Ensure reporting (activity reports, action plans, information sharing).
- Monitor market and competition.
