HR Apprentice

Administrative and Digitalization Support

Within a newly formed team, we are looking for an apprentice to provide operational support and participate in a major project to improve and automate our HR processes. Dataiku has experienced rapid growth, leading us to transform, strengthen, and modernize the People Operations team. Our team supports the EMEA region (approximately 600 employees, 400 in France, and the rest in the UK, Spain, Germany, etc.).

Your Mission

  • Administrative Support: Assist the team in carrying out various activities and operations related to personnel management (contracts, benefits enrollment, mobility and immigration files, transportation reimbursements, medical visits, declarations, etc.).
  • Employee Support: Respond to various inquiries via a ticketing tool and work closely with our other HR teams for optimal resolution.
  • Transformation Project: Analyze existing work methods and procedures and propose solutions for improvement, simplification, and digitization.
  • Internal Communications: Contribute to drafting internal communications and improving the content of the HR pages on our intranet site.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, statistics, and performance metrics.
  • Audits: Audit HR data, identify errors, and suggest corrective actions.

Your Profile

  • You are committed to improving the employee experience.
  • You enjoy analyzing problems and malfunctions, identifying the root cause, and proposing solutions.
  • You are creative and like to find solutions and test new ideas.
  • You are curious and enjoy expanding your knowledge on new topics.
  • You are passionate about new technologies, digital transformation, and the application of AI to Human Resources.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate with teams based around the world to successfully complete your mission.
  • You pay great attention to detail, are meticulous, and are committed to quality work.
  • You are autonomous, independent, and organized (your manager will be based abroad).
  • You can handle a significant volume of information, activities, and changing priorities.
  • You maintain an optimal level of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, university, or equivalent and are looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
  • You have some experience in Human Resources.
  • You have a strong command of written and spoken English and French.
  • You are proficient in Excel.

This position is based in our Paris office (Gare de Lyon) and has occasional remote work flexibility. Office presence is required three days per week.
