Didomi is a remote-first company, with collaborators in over 20+ countries.
We believe in trust and have had a remote culture from the very onset of the company (before COVID 19), as our co-founders built Didomi between France and the United States.
Each team is in charge of setting meetings, one-to-one, stand-ups or on-site reunions as they see fit, and while some teams might require more office presence (eg. sales, creative, finance), others can be entirely remote (eg. tech and product).
As a company, we organize a weekly worldwide meeting where everyone can get up to date with internal updates, and an annual offsite so everyone can meet in person. We also provide tools for team members to meet - even from a distance:
Slack, our go-to communication tool
Random Coffee, an app to meet with a random collaborator every week
Google Workplace: Meets for video meetings, Docs for writing, Sheets for databases, etc
Miro, for brainstorming and workshops
Overall, there are three types of options for collaborators: on-site, remote or hybrid. Which one works for you?
