As we are growing fast and always looking for the best talents, we are hiring a Revenue Ops Coordinator who will help us improve our work on various topics related to the Revenue team (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing).

Your daily tasks will cover the following:

  • Daily maintenance and improvement of system operations (Salesforce, Planhat, Hubspot);
  • Optimize existing processes;
  • Be responsible for data quality in CRM (Sanity check, reports, dashboards, etc..);
  • Importing and assigning event leads in coordination with the marketing team;
  • Coordinating with Marketing and Customer team for email communication;
  • Be responsible for creating Rev Ops newsletter (weekly & monthly);
  • Be in charge of the Onboarding online processes through our e-learning tool (360 learning) for partners and customers;
  • Must have:

  • Currently enrolled in Master degree
  • A good level with the google tools (Sheets, Slides and Docs)
  • A passion for digging into technical processes, while making them clear and delightful for our internal operators and members
  • An excellent problem-solver mindset with proven analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French
  • Great organization and follow-up skills
  • No fear of getting your hands dirty
  • Multitask
  • Good to have:

  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce & Hubspot)
  • A first experience in a Saas company
