Your missions 🚀
If you share our ambition and feel ready to fulfill our strong commitments, join the PMO team: you will report directly to Victor, the Operations Director.
As part of the Operations team, which is responsible for structuring, developing, and supervising projects financed by third-party investments, you will be responsible for managing and deploying charging stations from the moment a business opportunity is identified until the operational phase.
You will also be responsible for managing DRIVECO's contractual commitments with third-party investors and lessors during deployment.
Your main missions
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and implement detailed project plans based on deploying EV infrastructure, defining each phase from pre-construction to final installation and commissioning.
- Manage projects related to: Low tension and medium tension including DC and AC chargers
- Understand electrical UNIFILAR scheemes, AUTOCAD
- Establish timelines: assign resources, and anticipate potential challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and local authorities to secure permits, meet regulatory requirements, and guarantee site readiness.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop projects and budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and materials .
- Monitor expenses closely, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report variances to stakeholders.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate contracts, manage lead times, and oversee deliverables.
- Site Supervision & Quality Assurance
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
- Supervise installation teams, monitor progress, and promptly address any issues or delays that arise during deployment.
- Verify installations to ensure alignment with Driveco’s quality standards and conduct post-installation checks.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and updates on budget and schedule.
- Act as a liaison with clients and end-users, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify potential risks, establish mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Implement contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges, keeping projects on track even in complex conditions.
- Compliance & Sustainability
- Ensure all projects comply with local and national regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Promote sustainable practices within projects to reduce environmental impact and enhance long-term operational efficiency.

👩💻 Hard Skills
- Up to 4 years of experience in the development of infrastructure projects, urban planning, or renewable energies and an understanding of basic business plan concepts.
- Knowledge of Spanish regulations for infrastructure and construction projects or charging station development will be positively valued.
- Knowledge of the contractual, legal, and commercial aspects of contracts and projects.
- Proficiency in planning tools (Excel, Autocad, Microsoft Project, SiteTracker, Google Sheets).
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office suite and Google suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Spanish/English mandatory, French is a very strong plus.
