Your role at Dynatrace
The Dynatrace People & Culture Business Partner is critical in supporting organizational leaders to develop People & Culture strategies that integrate with and support business goals.
As an EMEA Business Partner, you will coach leaders on building effective teams, addressing employee matters. Provide consultation and advice on procedures, policy and organizational design, talent development, workforce planning, succession management, compensation, performance management etc. Serve as the client face of People & Culture acting as an interface and liaison to other People & Culture groups.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact to leaders in EMEA region resolving talent issues, increasing engagement and retention.
- Partners with senior P&C business partners on employee enablement projects such as mentoring, career planning etc.
- Provide professional advisory support to employees in all aspects of benefits, maternity leave, parental leave, sickness absence and annual leave and other general responsibilities.
- Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and plan and execute key P&C initiatives that improve the employee experience and contribute to building our vibrant culture.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees; advise staff about and comply with local regulations and compliance requirements; identify and remediate risks.
- Advise leaders through performance matters. Address performance issues, coach on disciplinary action and performance improvement processes and best practices
- Support leaders with understanding of Dynatrace policy and procedure to ensure a compliant workforce.
- Successfully partner with People Operations, COEs and other P&C colleagues to create one unified HR support network across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for our leaders, identify areas of opportunity, create plans of action and be responsive to business needs.
- Create reports and prepare and present relevant metrics and insights to drive awareness and decision making.
