The position
The Operations Unit is responsible for the operation and business administration of all EBA CLEARING payments services. As Operations Coordinator in the Data Reporting Team, you will:
ensure the quality and integrity of data
create and maintain reports and dashboards
coordinate service data and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
provide analysis and reporting on service performance and operation business processes
support the team with business administration monitoring, incident management and resilience testing duties
support the team with risk and security level assessment of the business processes
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Data Reporting Team Leader.
The profile
Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operational Management (or equivalent)
3 years of work experience (within the European market infrastructures, transaction banking environments or the financial services industry would be a plus);
3 years of experience working with BI tools/applications (Cognos or Similar, PowerBI)
Proven ability to conceptualise, design and develop BI reports and dashboards
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (in written and spoken form); an additional European language would be a plus
