Involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, you will be in charge of developing products from the work developed by the climate experts of the team (methodology descriptions or proofs of concepts in Excel/Power BI) :
Define the specifications of EcoAct’s bespoke digital products
Build efficient back-end features and API
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
Challenge existing products, propose and implement changes
Coach junior developers, promote and ensure best practices
Improve software knowledge of climate experts

Interest in environmental issues (energy, climate)
5+ years of experience in Python development
Experience with at least one Python framework (Typer, NumPy, pandas, Flask, FastAPI, Click)
DevOps culture, experience working in CI/CD (Git CI, etc.),
Experience in cloud infra (AWS, Azure, GCP) and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Node.js and C#
Knowledge in applied mathematics and/or data science
Experience with Scikit-learn
Fluent in French, or in any language (Spanish, German, Italian, etc.)
