Development of our Global/ASegment Network across Europe.

  • Identifying andcoordinating organizations, consultancies and other entities in our ecosystemwith a view to obtaining leads and sales support for the A segment.
  • Developing our globalintegrators for Europe and bringing them up to Distributor level.
  • Produce, with the help of the sales teams, a saleskit for the European sales approach.

Direct sales responsibilityfor Global/A-segment deals (over 1 Billion Turnover) across Europe

  • Direct management ofpan-European deals and A segments
  • Implementation of a sales strategy to addresspan-European deals: segmentation, alignment with country marketing and tradesales,ecosystem management, ambassadors & site visits, etc.
  • Coaching on A-segment deals handled directly bycountries or partner

Sales Coach for countries and partners without aSales Director

  • Increasing the skills of Sales Managers: training,action plans to improve job control, etc.
  • Defining the sales strategies to be implemented toachieve the objectives set (e.g. implementing an ecosystem creation logic,prospecting in target markets, alignment with marketing, etc.)
  • Validation of sales proposals (Global Sales Directorretains validation of the project part)
  • Participating in customer negotiations in support ofthe Sales Managers where necessary
  • Coaching on A-segment deals handled directly bycountries or partners.

Requisitos

Expected experiences

•15 years on complex sales, preferable on Logistics
•Former experience on Hunting & Lobbying at C-level in A-Segment deals
•Has already worked in an international environment 
•Has experience of sales development with large accounts.
•Already have a large network across Europe in SC or Logistics ecosystem
