📌 The Department: Sales
The Sales Team at Jus Mundi comprises over 20 people from different countries and cultures, united by a common goal of powering global justice and transforming the legal industry with cutting-edge AI solutions. We work with top-tier law firms, corporates, governements and universities in over 80 countries, from New-York to Beijing, and from Sao Paulo to Cape Town. 💙
The Sales team is organized regionally: US, Europe & Global Markets, and is expected to grow rapidly in coming years.
📌 The Role: VP Global Sales
We’re looking for Jus Mundi’s first-ever VP Sales to lead and inspire our global sales team.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and structure the global sales function at Jus Mundi to ensure a strong and solid ARR growth in the US and across continents, growing and structuring the team and processes and participating in the overall company strategy.
The ideal candidate has strong sales leadership and coaching skills, knows how to manage a US and international sales team to success and enjoys working in a multicultural, friendly and inclusive environment.
📌 Responsibilities
Drive consistent revenue growth worldwide by expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in law firms, corporate, government, and university segments.
Define, develop, and implement the GTM & sales strategy aligned with the company’s global goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse & growing team of 20 salespeople, ensuring top performance and professional growth.
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify and execute new market opportunities, positioning the company as a leader in legal AI solutions across different verticals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring key clients future growth and loyalty.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
Travelling worldwide to meet team and clients.
📌 Skills & Experience
Proven experience (15+ years) in senior & international sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, legal tech, or AI-driven solutions.
Proven experience (8+ years) of doing sales or leading sales team in the US market.
Proven experience of scaling similar size of revenues/teams in a fast growing company
Experience managing large accounts in sectors such as law firms, corporate and governments.
Skills in structuring a B2B sales machine, being able to put things “in a square”.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse talent pool.
Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
Experience with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Proficient in building relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Excellent English. Other languages are a big plus.
Willingness to travel frequently.
