Kinetix is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, for a 6-month period, ready to thrive in a highly technical and challenging environment.

Kinetix is an AI startup redefining the gaming industry with pioneering AI-driven solutions for 3D animation. We’ve made strides in empowering both players and game studios with unique AI functionalities such as our flagship User-Generated Emote technology. Our solutions have already gained traction in the market, with an ever-growing number of game studios integrating our technologies.

If you are passionate about the intersection of gaming and AI and are ready to make a meaningful impact on an innovative team, then this role is for you.

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Growth & Partnerships on various missions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Lead prospecting and outreach efforts to drive top-of-funnel lead generation.

  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Engage prospects through personalized and persistent follow-up.

  • Work with the Business Development Representative & the Head of Partnerships to manage the business development cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.

  • Plan and execute conference strategies to accelerate business development efforts.

  • Collaborate closely with the product and integration team to align growth strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential clients effectively.


Requisitos

  • Prior experience in business development, go-to-market, or marketing roles at early-stage enterprise startups is greatly appreciated.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and dynamics.

  • Knowledge of the video games industry is a great plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a startup environment.
