lempire consists of 9 departments.

• Tech Team: Develops and maintains our SaaS products.
• Design Team: Creates catchy and user-friendly UX and UI.
• Product Team: Ensures our tools meet user needs.
• Customer Success Team: Helps clients successfully use our products.
• Sales Team: Handles client acquisition and ensures contact with partners and clients.
• Marketing Team: Crafts content, launches products, and boosts online visibility.
• Ops Team: Handles operational tasks.
• Media Team: Creates high-quality videos for every team.
• HR Team: Keeps the team together and ensures everyone is cared for.

The tech team serves as the driving force behind all our tools, including lemlist, lemwarm, lemcal, Taplio, Tweethunter. They are the brains behind the development and innovation.

Passionate full-stack developers, DevOps, SRE, SDET, and technical support, our largest team is the tech team. In 2023, we also established a data squad, which includes data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.

The majority of our team members are senior professionals, fostering a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility for their tasks. This expertise also translates into exceptional teamwork abilities. Notably, pair-programming is highly valued and appreciated within our environment.

The marketing team at lempire is a key part of the revenue team, working closely with the SEO squad and Marketing Ops. They handle critical areas for lempire’s products, including social media, GTM (Go-To-Market) launches, newsletters, webinars, content resources (like playbooks and masterclasses), community engagement, and influencer partnerships. Their efforts cover the entire marketing funnel, from TOFU (top of the funnel) to BOFU (bottom of the funnel), driving traffic and generating sign-ups.

lempire’s marketing team is recognized for its fast-paced environment, passion for their work, and dedication to innovative marketing strategies. They strive to be a benchmark in bold marketing practices and aim to set industry standards for successful marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate for this team will be proactive, a generalist who isn’t afraid to experiment and learn, and someone who embraces the “purple cow” mindset of standing out in the market.

The goal of the business department is to identify the best ways to help our users grow. It focuses on two main topics: sales and agency partnerships.

• The sales team is currently scaling. As the company and its products grow, our objective is to target a higher market.

• Additionally, we are developing a partnership program with marketing agencies, which aligns with our ideal customer profiles.

The product team plays a crucial role in delivering value to our users and the company. The main focus is making great product decisions aligned with our vision, strategy, and market dynamics, aligning with other teams and ensuring product updates reach the desired impact. They serve as the bridge between the business, technology, and design domains.

• Our product managers act as detectives and explorers, uncovering unique insights and opportunities. They have the ability to read between the lines and demonstrate a visionary and business mindset.
• They approach their work like investors and entrepreneurs, thinking strategically and making the right decisions to build what users truly need. They focus on the right priorities, understand the market, leverage unfair advantages, and, most importantly, get things done to move forward.
• Their sole priority is delivering impact to users and the company by making product and go-to-market iterations.
