*Role Overview*
The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping our strategic partners
with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed in their roles. This includes
sales enablement, technical certification, implementation best practices, and
post-deployment support capabilities. This position bridges LumApps’ expertise with
our partners’ strengths, ensuring a cohesive and impactful partner ecosystem.
*Missions*
1. Partner Training and Onboarding:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new partners to
familiarize them with LumApps’ products, value propositions, and competitive
positioning.
- Create and maintain certification paths for sales, technical, and support teams
within partner organizations.
- Manage demonstration platforms for partners (create, delete, add addons).
2. Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the product and training team to design tailored training
programs, sales collateral, and playbooks to empower partners to pitch and sell
LumApps effectively.
- Support partners with deal strategies, objection handling, and value proposition
development.
- Work closely with the Sales team to build POC platforms when Partners are
involved.
3. Technical Enablement:
- Work closely with Product and Professional Services teams to create
implementation guides, technical training, and troubleshooting documentation
for partners.
- Facilitate technical workshops to enhance partners’ ability to deploy LumApps
solutions independently.
- Enable the partner on API and provisioning.
- Answer technical questions from Partners by guiding them to the right
documentation, or by providing feedback from internal teams.
4. Support and Post-Sales Enablement:
- Develop training for partners’ support teams to ensure they can manage Level 1
and Level 2 client support effectively.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to create escalation processes for
partners.
- Help partners troubleshoot issues and improve their technical knowledge.
- Provide technical advises and platform installation links for Partners when deals
are closed with a new customer.
- Manage the activation of the licenses, packages, options of the indirect
customers and partners' platforms.
- Manage the cross platform site copies for partners and POCs, eventually for
indirect customers.
5. Partner Program Management:
- Regularly assess partners’ performance and identify areas for improvement in
selling, implementing, and supporting LumApps.
- Collect feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement programs
and refine resource offerings.
- Act as a liaison between LumApps and partners, ensuring alignment and
fostering long-term relationships.
6. Content Development:
- Create engaging and accessible enablement materials, including guides, videos,
webinars, and e-learning modules.
- Maintain a partner enablement portal to centralize all resources.
7. Metrics and Reporting:
- Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs (e.g., partner
certifications, deal win rates, implementation success rates).
- Track and report on partner performance and recommend actionable insights to
optimize enablement strategies.
*Skills*
- Proven experience in partner enablement, channel management, sales
enablement, or a similar role.
- Languages : Fluency in EN and FR
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, digital workplace platforms, or
enterprise technology.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage
technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning and
in-person workshops.
- Familiarity with CRM and LMS platforms; knowledge of LumApps, Salesforce, or
similar tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and a results-driven approach to measuring program success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events or training sessions.
