Who are we?

moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.

Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 250 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 200,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 60 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

  • Join us as a Product Manager and become part of a highly product-oriented development team with efficient delivery processes and minimal technical debt.
  • You will collaborate directly with Eloïse, Head of Product, and work alongside Alexandra & Zelie (Product Designer) and Lucie (Product Content Manager), and the tech team to drive our product vision forward.
  • Daily you will work on:
  • Product discovery:
  • User research: Dive deep into understanding user challenges and needs through direct feedback (users, customers, practitioners) and indirect feedback (internal teams).
  • Qualitative & quantitative analysis: Collaborate with a product designer and data analyst to strengthen your understandings and hypotheses.
  • Solution proposals: Collaborate with the product designer and software engineers to craft solution proposals that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
  • Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks by understanding user problems and aligning them with moka.care’s objectives, in coordination with the product and development teams.
  • Product delivery:
  • Collaboration: Partner with the development team to ensure efficient delivery and impact of each product iteration.
  • Task management: Oversee task division, prioritization during development, and functionality testing.
  • Communication and Impact measurement:
  • Provide visibility to stakeholders on your initiatives in progress and your roadmap.
  • Ensure your releases are well communicated and provide impact through sales training, in-product communication and collaboration with the product marketing team.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives post-launch, and derive valuable insights to drive continuous improvement for yourself and the team.
  • Example of project you will work on:
  • Clarify & implement HR roles to enhance adoption of moka interface among HR departments
  • 📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • Experience:
  • You have 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • A background as a Product Owner, Designer, or Developer will also be considered if you have demonstrated a strong affinity for the Product Manager role.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • German fluency is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • You possess strong analytical skills and have expertise in discovery, delivery, design, and technical concepts.
  • Soft Skills:
  • You are humble, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • You are driven by curiosity and empathy and are articulate in both written and verbal communication.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and/or a strong understanding of HR needs is a valuable plus.

    Requisitos
