Position responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, your main responsibilities will be:
Develop a strong understanding of our portfolio of solutions, products, and services to effectively communicate Orisha Commerce’s value proposition
Prospect potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, database, online research, phone etc.)
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and identify key decision-makers and connect them with the appropriate Sales Manager, ensuring a smooth handoff and efficient start to the sales cycle
Manage the client portfolio with the Sales Managers by ensuring a high-quality service
Build and maintain accurate records of leads in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to align objectives and lead generation campaigns.
Participate in weekly meetings
Analyze your actions, track and analyze the results of your assignments to report all market information to your management
Position requirements
The profile we are seeking:
Is based in Barcelona
Is studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields
Native in Spanish, High level of English is mandatory
Retail knowledge or interest is highly valuable
Portuguese is a high plus
Has high interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. Is passionate about customers and teamwork
Is enthusiastic, creative and thinks outside the box and isn’t afraid to share ideas and try new things
Is persevering, resilient, organized and has great adaptability skills
Has basic understanding of Sales Principles
