As a Senior Product Manager, Paul is responsible for researching, designing, and specifying new features for the product.

After having the opportunity to study in countries with cultures as diverse as they are fascinating (India & Turkey), he decided to join a large insurance company, building on his business studies and a year of apprenticeship.

With this experience in hand, he chose to move to a smaller, more human-sized company for the next chapter of his career. This led him to join the product team at Powell, where he has found his true passion.

He is always up for the board game sessions organized by his team (even remotely).

Passionate about the impact of new technologies on businesses and the new modes of collaboration that are transforming our lives, Edouard has developed over 12 years of expertise ranging from business development and sales team management to strategic marketing experiences on Cloud offerings. Curious and eager to apply his skills to a rapidly growing startup, Edouard joined Powell in 2020. His mission? To structure and develop a new global sales model based on indirect sales through a partner channel composed of consulting firms, service companies, and digital agencies.

With international experience in the Middle East, Alban joined the CSM team in its early stages to launch the Customer Success Management program for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He thrives within a close-knit and dynamic team that works daily to support clients in the success of their projects.

A sports enthusiast (1.96m), curious, and always eager for challenges, Alban is passionate about new technologies and their developments. He uses his expertise to contribute to the growth and global impact of Powell.

Yvonne is a marketing professional specializing in content creation and social media management. She has been working in Paris for three years and has experience working in an international environment. Before joining Powell, Yvonne worked for an Irish government agency that helped Irish businesses expand in France.

Today, she is excited to be part of this French company that is growing internationally. Yvonne holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and graduated from Sciences Po, where she studied international relations.

Having joined Powell almost 5 years ago, Esther built the company’s marketing department by personally recruiting its various members, defining the marketing strategy and branding, and implementing all the processes, operational tools, and reporting systems necessary for the smooth functioning of the service. To achieve her vision – positioning Powell as a leader and gaining "top-of-mind" awareness in each of its markets – Esther creates a continuous learning environment and opens up opportunities for team members to train while challenging their knowledge to increase their marketing culture and stimulate their skills development. Each team member is encouraged to push the boundaries of their job description to expand their scope and contribute to both the operational and strategic growth of the marketing department.
