Reporting to our Managing Director, we are looking for an experienced and autonomous Product Manager to join our team. You play a key role in building the future of noCRM.io. You work closely with our development, marketing and customer success teams to ensure that our product continues to bring value to sellers around the world. Your mission will involve transforming needs into product specifications, maintaining a strategic vision while paying close attention to detail.

Your main tasks are as follows :

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to define the product strategy in alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Own the product backlog: prioritize features, improvements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and company objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketeers, sales) to deliver new features and improvements on time and within scope.

• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Communicate the product roadmap and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.

• Monitor product performance and key metrics to ensure continued success.

You have proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally with B2B products.

You are familiar with agile development methodologies and know how to implement them successfully. You have excellent communication and leadership skills to unite teams around a product vision. You are user-oriented and have a keen eye for detail to ensure a smooth and intuitive experience. You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. You are familiar with sales processes and tools; experience with lead management or CRM systems would be a plus.

• Fluency in French is essential to communicate with our tech team, and strong English skills is preferred for our international, remote-first start-up.

• Pragmatic mindset, with strong business orientation.

• Product Design experiences is a plus.
