With over 14 years of experience in front-end development, Aron specializes in designing and implementing modern web and mobile interfaces using ReactJS. His expertise enables him to create high-performance, intuitive, and optimized user experiences.
At Skaleet, Aron tackles challenging technical issues and actively contributes to establishing exemplary development practices. His ambition is to help deploy innovative financial services that exceed Skaleet's clients' expectations.
A graduate of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and having completed training at Le Wagon, Benjamin joined the Skaleet teams in 2016 as a developer.
He later became a Software Development Team Leader and is responsible for the daily optimization of our Core Banking platforms.
A sports enthusiast, music lover, and deeply attached to his native Normandy, Benjamin brings his joy of life and good humor to the workplace every day.
A graduate with a master's degree in finance from University College of London, Victor decided to join Skaleet in July 2021 as a Product Owner, and later as a Product Manager for the payments segment. He is now working as a Product Leader for the payments division, which consists of two squads.
On a daily basis, Victor collaborates with his teams to manage the strategy and developments related to his scope. He also communicates with all internal and external stakeholders at Skaleet to better understand their needs and respond to them while ensuring consistency with the existing product.

A graduate of Audencia and ISEP, Guillaume joined the Skaleet teams in February 2022 after 4 years in consulting. He is now responsible for implementing the Skaleet solution at client sites.
He works directly with clients to train their teams and takes advantage of these trips to meet new people and explore different cultures.
When he's at work, Guillaume channels his energy into fostering team and company cohesion.
Brahim has built his career by driving customer success, business expansion, and excellence in Customer Service. His journey has led him to take on various roles in Client Management, Business Development, and operational strategy, with a constant goal: strengthening customer relationships and optimizing business performance.
With experience in both large companies and agile scale-ups, he has contributed to structuring scalable processes, opening new markets, and improving customer engagement strategies.
Today, he is driven by the desire to contribute to high-impact projects, particularly in the development and expansion of businesses in rapidly transforming markets.

She started her career at BT in London, working on an experimental plug-and-play telecom services project. After that, she joined a French startup that launched AI products mimicking brain decision-making.
At Skaleet, Ségolène is in charge of the product. She is dedicated to creating financial services that provide the most value to clients and businesses. When she’s not working, Ségolène enjoys hiking in the mountains and cycling with her family.
