Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Brand Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Paris for 6 months.
About The Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic team player who can strongly support one of Vestiaire’s most exciting business units. The Brand partnerships team is responsible for Resale as a Service, a high-end service that we provide to brands and retailers, enabling their clients to resell their items in exchange for upfront store credit. Vestiaire Collective provides all the operations and logistics, collects the supply and then we resell those items within Vestiaire Collective marketplace.
The team is structured in following two pillars:
1. The Business Development team that continually works on our current model, adjusts it based on market competition evolution. The team pitches our offer to new brands and retailers and develops the model together with the partner.
2. The Account Management team that works with existing partners (Gucci, Burberry, Mytheresa, Luisaviaroma…) in order to grow the partnerships and that is accountable for the retail activity within the marketplace.
You will cover the Maternity leave of the Senior Brand Account Manager in charge of the account management team and reporting to the Brand Partnerships Director.
What you’ll be doing 👜
Be the point of contact for daily partnership management
Maintain regular touchpoints meeting to review past, ongoing and future topics with partners
Set up strategic priorities for 2025 and make sure of their achievement
Provide to them monthly reportings and invoicing files
Accounting teams: follow up invoicing payments
Operational teams in warehouse: handle weekly meetings, build forecasts and followup operational execution
Customer Service: be the point of contact for any issue raised to CS team from one of your partners’ client
Pricing team: make sure they commit to our SLA’s and liaise if any ad hoc requests
Marketing teams: build and implement activation plans for your partners
Product & Tech teams: ensure required developments for your partners' growth are delivered, while making sure it’s in line with Vestiaire Collective's overall strategy
Official Partners: develop and execute our Official Partners’ visibility plan strategy across Vestiaire Collective’s touchpoints
Performance follow up: make sure we are on track with the Business Plan and take actions accordingly, both on take-back and sell-back parts. Liaise with business analyst for specific deep dives
Management of a Junior KAM who is handling a brand portfolio and helps you achieve the team’s objectives
Management of an intern who will lead monthly reportings and invoicing, help on transversal projects on both business development and key account management streams, be involved in ad hoc partnerships topics
