Our customer base spans the globe, with a significant part of our clients located in the United States and Canada. As we focus on expanding our presence in these core markets, we aim to leverage our existing footprint while enhancing our ability to structure and automate outbound sales strategies.
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our U.S. market presence. This role will primarily focus on outbound sales, driving the generation and conversion of mid-market opportunities with U.S.-based organizations. However, during the initial months, the position will focus on managing and converting inbound leads as a temporary replacement for maternity leave.
After this initial period, the role will fully transition to structuring and executing outbound sales strategies to generate new business and strengthen our foothold in one of our most strategic markets.

As an Account Executive, you will join our Sales team composed of 6 people : Heloise (Account Executive USA & Canada), Clara (Account Executive EMEA), Patrick (Customer Success Manager), Tomas (Account Manager), Céline (Partnership Manager) and Pierre (Chief Sales Officer).
Working in this multicultural and ambitious team, your main goals are:
1. Manage and Convert Inbound Leads (First 6–9 Months)
Handle inbound leads qualified for higher plans.
Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase value.
Develop a deep understanding of client usage and needs.
Propose relevant, tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
Close deals efficiently to meet or exceed inbound sales targets.
2. Manage and Convert Outbound Leads (Months 7–12 and Beyond)
Participate in the identification and qualification of outbound leads.
Execute targeted outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
Attend and represent the company at physical and online events.
Conduct demos for outbound leads, effectively showcasing the product’s benefits.
Nurture leads throughout the sales cycle to close deal.
3. Contribute to Strategic Growth and Collaboration
Identify and engage high-potential prospects, driving new business opportunities through effective outreach and relationship-building.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Expand the company’s presence in key markets, including tech, public sectors, and universities, through strategic prospecting and market engagement.

Experience:
3-6 years in sales, with a proven track record of success in outbound sales strategies (proven track record in inbound is a +).
Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or similar industries.
Skills:
Prospection, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Solution / automation / tools / process oriented, and pipeline management expert.
Traits:
