Within the Revenue team, Welcome to the Jungle has established dedicated teams to provide more personalized service to their 5,000+ clients: Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success & Account Management.
The Account Management team is responsible for the commercial aspects: subscription renewals, generating upsell, managing client relationships, and presenting our additional features. This team will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, whose role is to advise and support our clients in their employer branding projects.
As an Account Manager, your main mission is to maximize upsell and reduce churn and to deliver the best customer experience possible by:
Generating upselling and/or cross-selling opportunities as well as reducing churn rate:
by seeking growth within the portfolio
by anticipating renewals with potential upsell
by leading complex negotiations with key stakeholders
by working hand in hand with HR agency partners
by advising customers on the best use of our products and services
by presenting them new features, products and services
Converting NRR opportunities
Transforming the leads sent by the Customer Success team and facilitating the collaboration between each team: Account Management and Customer Success
Enhancing Welcome to the Jungle products by sharing customers feedbacks in order to contribute to product, offer (pricing and packaging), and process improvements
It’s an ideal position for Sales people who want to put their sales skills to the test and build real relationships with their customers, but also for experienced Account Managers!
