The Agencies & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing new business and nurturing robust, efficient relationships to secure and grow our current revenue streams with partners, primarily HR agencies.

Scope & Responsibilities:

Revenue:

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generated through our partners. This includes optimizing existing partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities.

  • Business Development: Identify, initiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance Welcome to the Jungle’s revenue, including account management and upselling opportunities.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.

Engagement:

  • Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are effectively met.

  • Training Enablement: Collaborate with partners to understand their specific needs, providing them with the tools, materials, and knowledge necessary to succeed.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and host events, webinars, and conferences to bring together HR agencies, fostering knowledge sharing and networking.

Collaboration:

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate and encourage collaboration across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal, to create a cohesive approach to HR agency partnerships.

  • Process Management: Develop, refine, and manage internal processes related to partnership development, onboarding, and ongoing management, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Project Development: Collaborate with our sales enablement and marketing teams to develop new supports and projects.

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that partnership strategies align with departmental goals and objectives, fostering teamwork to achieve mutual success.


Requisitos

At Welcome to the Jungle, we pride ourselves on our diverse backgrounds, which we consider our greatest strength. We encourage you to apply if you are motivated and meet the following criteria:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in complex sales or an indirect sales role.

  • You have experience in generating new business and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Ideally, you have experience in the HR industry.

  • You excel at building and nurturing strong relationships.

  • You demonstrate strategic thinking in developing and executing partnership strategies.

  • You have a proven track record in negotiating successful agency agreements.

  • You are adept at creative problem-solving to address challenges in third-party relationships.

  • You speak and write both French and English fluently.
