We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth strategy, your primary role will be to identify and engage potential clients across multiple segments (SMB and Enterprise) and book qualified meetings (SQLs) for our Account Executives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving new business opportunities.

MISSIONS 💪

Prospecting and lead generation

  • Identify potential clients: Conduct thorough research to discover and qualify potential leads across SMB and Enterprise segments using various channels such as LinkedIn, company websites, industry reports, and networking events.

  • Outbound outreach: Utilize cold emailing, social media engagement, and other outbound tactics to reach and engage prospects effectively.

  • Lead nurturing: Develop relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and provide value-driven communication that addresses their business needs and pain points.

Booking qualified meetings

  • Set up meetings: Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and opportunities, qualifying them as SQLs and booking meetings for the Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and provide insights gathered during the initial outreach phase.

  • CRM management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Market research and strategy development

  • Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.

  • Feedback loop: Provide actionable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects, contributing to the optimization of outreach strategies.

Collaboration and communication

  • Internal coordination: Regularly participate in meetings with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach towards business development.

  • Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the broader team to refine and improve outreach techniques and overall BDR processes.


Requisitos

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Experience in prospecting and lead generation across different market segments (and the sustainability market in particular) is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. Proficiency in using CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and lead generation software.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Attributes: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

  • Languages: Fluency in French and conversional in English

  1. An initial 20-minute video introduction with Nicolas M. (COO)

  2. A 1-hour video interview with Thierry Regnier (Head of Revenue) and an operational manager

  3. A final interview in our Paris offices with 2x2 team members to discover our culture and way of working
