Tea is from Croatia and has been working for Webhelp for four years. She decided to join Webhelp Prague as a Customer Service Advisor because of the chance to work abroad. She had the opportunity to grow professionally in Webhelp and currently holds two positions - Operations Manager and Performance Excellence Manager. Tea's work involves formulating strategy, improving performance, mentoring team members, and finding ways to increase customer service quality. Tea appreciates the team, growth opportunities and constructive approach of the company. Outside of work, Tea enjoys hiking and embroidery.

Shorya comes from India and joined Webhelp CZ/SK as a Business Analyst in February 2022. He got promoted to Global Businnes Analyst, and he works on a team of five people. His work involves identifying areas of improvement in business processes and creating reports for managers to track team productivity. He enjoys meeting and working with different people, learning new things, and taking on new challenges every day. He appreciates Webhelp as a people first company and likes its diverse environment. Shorya finds the company's health insurance, meal vouchers, leisure activities and language courses to be the most popular benefits. After work he often hangs out with colleagues for drinks, sports and other activities. Outside of work, Shorya enjoys playing badminton and football and exploring the city.

Originally from Ukraine, Ksenija has been working in Webhelp Prague for more than 6 years. She is Sales Supervisor, and her scope of work involves managing a team of salespeople across the hubs in Europe responsible for many countries such as Poland, Ukraine and META region. Ksenija enjoys the challenges and constant learning at her job and her success is measured by the achievement of her team. Her workday involves emails, team catch-ups, meetings, and coffee talks with her agents. In Webhelp, she likes meeting people from different cultures, having a positive mindset, motivation and career development plans. Ksenija and her colleagues hang out together after work and have a team building events. In her free time, Ksenija enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym, doing yoga, discovering new places, and taking pictures.

Valentin is the Sales Manager for almost 6 years. His job involves creating and implementing business strategies and motivational programs to keep the team in positive mood. He enjoys the atmosphere in the company and the positive results of the hard work his team puts in. He values that employees benefit from a good bonus paycheck at the end of the quarter, and they hang out after work. Valentin enjoys spending time with his family and friends and doing sports.

Sabina is an Inside Sales Representative, working in the end user area, providing customers with wholesale prices for the company's products. She has been with Webhelp for almost three years, having been hired for her current project after being laid off at the beginning of the pandemic. Sabina works in a team that manages the Czech and Slovak markets and values the diverse work backgrounds of her colleagues. She enjoys the benefits and trust that Webhelp provides its employees, as well as the team-oriented environment. Outside of work, Sabina enjoys spending time with her cats, reading, watching movies, and being outdoors with friends.
