Organization and methodologies
Our Tech and Product teams operate using agile methodology and are organized into squads within each department. Each squad is led by a Team Lead and a Tech Lead, guiding them towards the successful completion of various projects.
At Papernest, we believe in continuous learning, which is why every developer has free and unlimited access to Pluralsight training courses. We are committed to maintaining this level of education, which is why we organize various events, including Tech Fridays. These dedicated days allow all sprints to focus on innovation, pure technical projects, and continuous learning initiatives.
Recruitment process
Here are the different stages of the recruitment process for a position within our Tech and Product teams at Papernest:
Initial discussion with Julie, our Talent Acquisition Tech and Product: This is an opportunity to learn more about your background and how well it aligns with your expectations and the role.
Interview with the future manager: You will meet with the prospective manager to discuss the specifics of the role, team culture, and to assess how your experience and skills can contribute to the team.
Technical test followed by a code review: You will undergo a technical assessment and a code review to evaluate your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and code quality.
Last call with Cyril, our CTO: Finally, you will have a final interview with Cyril, our Chief Technology Officer. This conversation will delve into more advanced technical aspects of the role, technical challenges within the company, and ensure alignment of your professional goals.
