Several processes are in place at Signaturit to assess the development potential of each employee:

  • An annual appraisal process to enable each employee to review his or her achievements and skills, so as to capitalize on strengths and work on areas for development.

  • A professional interview process designed to support employees in their career development prospects and identify their training needs.

  • A salary review process designed to ensure that remuneration is well positioned in relation to the internal and external market.

Mobility and internal promotions are also promoted, following an internal process in conjunction with the HR team.

As Signaturit Group grows, new opportunities are opening up in France and Spain !

Formation

Our aim is to ensure that all employees can attend at least one training course:

  • Conferences: everyone can attend conferences

  • On-line training: we make it easy to access on-line training and to set aside time for it.

  • Hard or soft skills training

  • English training: for several years now, we've been offering everyone the chance to perfect their English skills, during working hours.

  • Managerial training: being a manager is one thing, but being accompanied is even better. A training program is followed, and all new managers are invited to join the “Managers' Community” (experience sharing, reflection on processes, implementation of tools, etc.).
