The position

Job description

As Senior HR Representative EMEA you organize and deliver payroll - through our network of vendors - and all administrative touchpoints for our staff in FR, the UK and our future geographies in EMEA.

You ensure all touchpoints are simple, efficient and engaging. You constantly improve our ways of working by promoting and operating state of the art tools and methods. You will be based in France - full-remote possible - and will work closely with the Head of HR.

Within 1 month you will

  • meet the team
  • learn how to work in Convexity
  • define your roadmap and OKRs
  • set up your interfaces with all 360Learners
  • Within 3 months you will

  • master your many tools and processes
  • run payroll autonomously in Germany and the UK, via our vendors
  • handle administrative on- and offboarding of 360Learners
  • ensure systems and reports are up to date with accurate data
  • support 360Learners with their payroll and administration needs
  • Within 6 months you will

  • ensure all people related statutory reports and obligations are fulfilled
  • implement an ongoing audit of our employee policies’s clarity and compliance
  • leverage transparency and self-service to further enhance efficiency of operations
  • Within 12 months you will

  • assess and challenge our payroll vendors in order to optimize our vendor list
  • benchmark our administrative touchpoints: make recommendations for them to stand out
  • be ready to open up new geographies from the payroll and administration standpoint
  • The Skills Set

  • 3+ years in people operations, in charge of payroll and administration
  • of which some experience in a scale-up business
  • good understanding of French labor law
  • proven ability to prioritize and organize
  • good written communication skills
  • service oriented
  • mastery of the Google suite
  • fluent English (C1 level), to communicate on sensitive topics
  • fluent French, to deal with the French regulations
  • German is a plus
  • enthusiasm about the idea of working in our Culture of Convexity
