We are looking for extremely curious, proactive colleagues to join our Accounting Finance and Controlling team with the role of Junior Accountant & Financial Controller H/F taking care of**:**

·      Management Reporting :

o  Support & Develop financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with HQ and local Finance Manager.

o  Monitor economic and financial performance against forecasts, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.

o  Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

·      Accounting Management:

o  Management of the accounts payable & receivable cycle and general accounting activities.

o  Management of daily and monthly accounting entries.

o  Verify and record supplier invoices.

o  Reconciliation of main financial statement accounts.

The ideal candidate has an educational background in economics with a college degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in between Controlling & Budgeting and Accounting and/or Auditing. Experience in the technology sector or with SaaS business models is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements :

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of IFRS

Soft Skills:

·        Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

·        Team player

·        Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Language knowledge:

·        Good command of English, both written and spoken is mandatory;

·        Good command of Italian and/or Spanish is a plus.
