What we’re looking for

Business-level fluency in English is required. We will prioritize candidates who also speak Spanish. French is not required.

As an intern in Apiday’s Growth Team, you will have real interest in the worlds of tech and sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company determined to make a strong positive impact on the world, growing our product into the following markets:

  • 5000 investment funds (in Europe)

  • 50 000 companies between 250 and 20k employees

You will have significant potential to advance within Apiday as we continue to grow as one of Europe’s leading ESG data platforms.

This final-year internship offers the potential for a CDI (permanent) contract, with strong performance recognized—several of our previous interns have been offered this opportunity.

Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Development Representatives in prospecting, lead generation, and building a strong pipeline by identifying potential clients and conducting outreach.

  • Assist Account Executives with the preparation of sales materials, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to ensure high-quality, tailored communications for prospects and clients.

  • Conduct research on target markets and key decision-makers, compiling valuable insights to refine our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze sales performance, manage datasets, and maintain a healthy tech stack.

  • Participate in sales calls and demos as needed, supporting Account Executives and learning from direct client interactions.


Preferred experience

  • We will consider individuals from any educational background, and especially welcome applications from those at business school, computer or data science, or marketing.

  • Business-level fluency in English is a must. Preference will be given to candidates who also speak business-level Spanish. Conversational French is a plus but not required.

  • You are proactive and take initiative and ownership of projects assigned to you.

  • You write well and can communicate effectively with significant attention to detail.

  • Strong ability to analyse and manage large datasets.

  • Interest in sustainability in general, as well as environmental and social challenges. Knowledge of key ESG concepts, reporting frameworks and regulatory environment are highly valued, but not critical given our internal training materials.

  • Strong desire to work for a purpose-driven tech startup in a dynamic environment.

    • This interactive session with Baptiste (Account Executive) includes a role-play exercise, where we’ll explore your approach to key responsibilities. We’ll also dive into your personality, career goals, and how you see yourself contributing to our team.
  3. Culture Fit Interviews (2 x 20 minutes)

    • Meet Brennan (CRO) and Charles (Co-founder) for an in-depth look at Apiday’s culture. This is also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for the team’s vision and values.
