Within the Group Compliance department, the Conduct & Customer Protection team plays a vital role in safeguarding our customers' interests.                                                                             

By championing transparency, simplicity, and fairness throughout the customer journey, we ensure our business practices and ethical standards are consistently upheld across the organization. This oversight function is responsible for developing best practices and ensuring alignment across the Group, ensuring that customer needs are always at the heart of our operations.

 

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Play a pivotal role in the effective roll-out of the Group Conduct framework and initiatives across multiple locations, shaping the strategic direction of the organization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, guidance, advisories, and documentation, fostering a customer-centric culture and best practices
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at both Group and local levels, providing a platform for professional growth and cross-functional engagement

Preferred experience

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  •  2-3 years of experience in Compliance, ideally within the Insurance or Banking industry, and a master's degree in Compliance, Political Science, Law, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science.
  • Previous experience in the Finance industry would be advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset, adaptability to change, along with a sense of curiosity and creativity, which will be valuable assets in this dynamic role, involving some business travel.
