Launch of the "3 minutes pour les Autres" platform, to enable the Entraide Community to multiply professional helping hands
Their vision
=> Chance is a self-help community, supported by a social economy company and an endowment fund, Chance pour Tous, offering guidance grants to people in economically vulnerable situations.
Chance is a structure founded on the values of humility, persistence, entrepreneurship and mutual aid.
We create the conditions for our users to have access to the most supportive and fruitful network possible. Internally, our team reflects these values.
Chance, qu'est ce que c'est?
What is Chance? This Project is a self-help community that tackles the issue of social immobility, enabling everyone - whatever their background - to find their place in the world of work, and therefore in society.
The unique Chance methodology involves mobilizing a vast community of "Rencontres Experts" to explore certain career paths with people who occupy or have occupied these positions, through the mutual support offered by the community.
It relies on the "3 minutes for Others" dynamic on the one hand, and on accompaniment and coaching programs on the other, which are free or paying, with solidarity-based financing systems for the most vulnerable, should the need arise.
Action
There are already thousands of members ready to help others with a professional helping hand. We're betting that by adding up all these helping hands, we'll be able to get things moving and have an impact on society.
So we've launched the "3 minutes for others" principle, which is a virtuous circle of mutual aid, helping and being helped: helping one person to realize his or her professional project, who in turn will help another. In this way, we create a powerful chain of mutual aid in the service of equal professional opportunity.
