Professional services is a newly created team.The main mission is to build relationships with key customers and partners serving as the technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales by:

• Providing support during RFP cycle:

1. Understand the customer needs
2. Analyzing the technical feasibility and identify the potential impacts
3. Provide the cost and the timeline for the customer specific request
4. Follow up planning implementation

• Manage change requests

1. Analyze technical feasibility & identify the potential impacts

• Manage “Enterprise customer” daily requests

Main responsibilities are:

• Analysis of customer needs and technical expertise applied related to ICON API solutions
• Define the appropriate solution together with the customer
• Responsible for the technical solution proposal and its implementation
• Offer the support for customer for all phases of the API implementation
• Support in defining the test plan and follow up on tests.
• Define the implementation model and coordinate the technical team of the customer
• Support in Deployment of the technical solution
• Manage issues  raised after deployment of customer’s solution (Bugs, availability, performance) and notify them accordingly on Group level
• Collect API change requests from customers and align/ request them on Group level
• Attendance to API trainings, and then further training in the region
• API Release validation: User Acceptance Testing of ICON releases for API features
• Further communication within the Region on messages related to ICON: unavailibilities, releases. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, sense of listening
• Capacity for meeting, collaborating, negotiating with users and Business Technology teams, building consensus.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and contingencies.
• Capacity to anticipate the risks and identify the right teams to establish a solution.
• Deep technical knowledge (ex-developer profile): SQL and Python are mandatory. JAVA is optional.
• Good knowledge of API management
• Ability to anticipate risks, share them with key people and identify/proposes Solutions to remedy those risks.
• English, written and oral.
