We are looking for our Global Director of Workspace Management to shape and execute the strategy and operations of our 15 global offices. You will ensure that corporate offices align with business objectives, enhance productivity, support company culture and sustainability goals, and optimize costs and efficiency globally.
Reporting to the VP Global Procurement & Real Estate, you will lead a team of 6 Workspace Specialists and supervise our Travel Operations & Internal Events Specialist, in charge of managing and optimizing our global travel program and the internal events logistics.

What you’ll do
Workspace Strategy: Define and execute the global strategy, establishing policies, standards and best practices for workspace management.Office Operations & Facilities Management: Oversee daily office operations across 15 locations, ensuring smooth logistics, facilities management, and supplier coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee office requests and conduct regular workspace assessments. Team Management: Manage and support a team of six Workspace Specialists and one Travel & Internal Events Specialist, ensuring alignment across regions while adapting to local needs.Space Planning & Real Estate Optimization: Optimize office space and real estate in partnership with business leaders, Procurement & Real Estate. Ensure cost efficiency, flexibility, and alignment with business needs, through data-driven planning and rightsizing strategies. Plan & execute office openings and closures, ensuring smooth transitions. Internal Events Execution: Manage the logistics and execution of internal events, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and alignment with People team guidelines & content, while supporting local office initiatives. Health & Safety and Security Compliance: Ensure workspace safety and security compliance by organizing mandatory training, managing risk assessments, enforcing security policies, and collaborating with Legal and Security teams to maintain a safe work environment.Sustainability & ESG Initiatives: Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint, integrating ESG principles into workspace operations, travel, and events.Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, vendor partnerships and workspace budgets, to ensure budget control, optimize contracts, and collaborate with key internal teams (Executives, People, IT, Procurement, Finance) for efficient workspace operations.What you’ll need to succeed
Fluency in English.7+ years of experience in Office/Facilities Management or a related function, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven ability to define a global workspace strategy, managing multiple global offices and leading workspace teams.Strong track record in real estate planning, lease management, and optimizing office space for cost efficiency and employee experience.Experience in managing travel ops & internal events logistics. Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and to track and optimize costs across a global portfolio in collaboration with Procurement.Proven ability to lead global cross-functional projects, working closely with People, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Leadership teams.Adaptability and ability to lead organizational change and transformations. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.#LI-MN1
