Job description

At Dashdoc, we’re on a mission to accelerate the transport industry’s digitalization, automation and decarbonation with an outstanding Transport Management System.

Dashdoc is a transport management platform for self-operated or subcontracted transports. It’s the backbone that centralizes and shares all data linked to transports. Our users can connect the platform to any third-party software.

A key differentiation axis of Dashdoc is the network effects : carriers invite shippers, who in turn invite more carriers, and so on.

You are the owner of the customer acquisition and retention ‘s technology. You have a direct impact on all growth metrics: revenue growth, retention, conversion, etc.

Mission:

Your work will aim at improving our unfair advantage against competition (Dashdoc’s network effect) by building key internal tools on top of our data and processes.

You aim at reaching a double digit growth on:

  • booking per sales

  • prospect to customer conversion rate out of Dashdoc Network.

Responsibilities:

Build a strong and robust back office to support amazing processes:

  • For Sales: To facilitate prospection out of Network effect and crossed data (we already measure a 5,6 x faster conversion out of Network)

  • For Sales Ops: Integrate existing tools like Hubspot, Intercom, backoffice systems and maintain the data mapping between all of them to optimize our Go-to-market processes.

  • For customer acquisition: Guide invited users to the “Ahah moment” to convert them into customers. Gamify our referral program

  • For Marketing: Facilitate Marketing actions, internationalization and autonomy to increase conversion rates

  • For Customer Success: leverage our data and improve our back office to get an insane customer retention


Preferred experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience as a full stack engineer. We use Python (Django) on the backend and Typescript (React) on the frontend.

  • Integration Experience: Ability to integrate and synchronize various tools (Hubspot, Intercom, backoffice systems).

  • Outcome-First Mindset: Focus on the business impact of initiatives.

  • Proficiency in English: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
